NOTE TO ALL COMPETING BANDS ABOUT NOMINAL ROLLS AND COMPETING

Bands failing to properly register and transfer players will be disqualified and penalized in 2011. This includes taking unregistered players to games in other jurisdictions. See the new rule passed in 2007 regarding timing of band roster changes.
